FÜRST FLOOR - the Apartment ...

The 4-bed-room apartment is made especially for people who are particularly interested in beautiful and authentic Berlin accommodation. It is spaciously designed and typical for Berliner period buildings. There are 4 bedrooms altogether. Three of them have been equipped with a broad double bed each (160x200cm) but one with two single beds. The large master bedroom might also function as additional living room since it got a king-size double bed, a nice blue vintage sofa, Italian chest drawer ...  Also are three of the a desk which offers enough space to work comfortably.
The living-room with the huge dining-table is perfect for having dinner with friends or family. The near by kitchen is fully furnished and as well beautiful equipped. The apartment is situated 1st floor in the street facing house. It offers you a welcome comfortable refuge after the excitement of a day out in the city.

The Neighborhood

The closest neighborhood is the buzzing Prenzlauer Berg on the edge to Berlin Mitte. The Kastanienallee (or Casting Allee, nicknamed for the numbers of young starlets to be seen hanging out here) is right around the corner. During the weekends the legendary Prenzlauer Berg flea-market is a great place to find those one-off bargains that you'll cherish long after the time when Berlin has become just a memory. The karaoke at Mauerpark is a must. Also there are a wealth of clubs, theaters, cinemas, bars and restaurants within walking distance.

For groceries you will have a little Turkish supermarket just around the corner which opens 24/7. For all other you will find a huge REWE supermarket at Kulturbrauerei (400m apart), a little butcher shop just around the corner. All other you might think of you will find in the mall "Allee Centre" directly at U-station Schönhauser Allee or a bit more fancy at Alexanderplatz in "Galeria Kaufhof".

Public transport
The apartment is very well connected to the public transport (max 10min. to the historical center of Berlin, Hackischer Market, Museums Island or the famous Opera "Unter den Linden").

  Rates & Conditions  
    Rates
From 185€ per night up to  6 person, for every further person 15€ per night, plus 85€ final cleaning and 8,00€ pro person for linen and towels. The rates might vary depending on season, events, lengths of stay and number of guest. Cleaning in between upon request for an extra fee of 65€.

House Rules
Usually check-In times is between 4-8pm, check-out is until 11am. But we always try to be flexible when ever needed and possible. Please just talk to us.

All our apartments are non-smoking apartments. Please bear in mind that people live in the house. They understandably don't appreciate being disturbed by guests partying all night long. So please be considerate and keep the noise down after 9pm every day of the week. I felt a need to clarify this in advance in order to avoid irritations and misunderstandings since we have had trouble regarding noise recently. Thanks a lot for your understanding.
