The Apartment

The beautiful and compact 1-bedroom-apartment is very central and although quiet located. It offers you all the comfort you might need and comforts you with a very delightful view into the Weinbergs-Parc. A nice balcony invites you o lunch or work and offers you extra space. The apartment is in situated in the 3rd floor but provided with an elevator.

The kitchen supplies every thing you might need in order to prepare your meals in between. The bathroom got a tube with an shower and a window.

The closest neighborhood combines  the buzzing Mitte sense of business with the creative young open minded atmosphere of Prenzlauer Berg. Lots of galleries, nice little designer shops, bars and very unique places are around.The Kastanienallee (or Casting Allee, nicknamed for the numbers of young starlets to be seen hanging out here) is around the corner.

The apartment is very well connected to the pubplic transport (max 6.min to the historical centre of Berlin, Kackischer Market, Museums Island, Opera unter den Linden...) but also you ca easily reach every thing by feed.

During the weekends the legendary Prenzlauer-Berg flea-market is a great place to find those one-off bargains that you'll cherish long after the time when Berlin has become just a memory. The karaoke at Mauerpark is a must. Also there are a wealth of clubs, theaters, cinamas, bars and restaurants within walking distance.

We are very happy to announce our collaboration with a well known bike rental 'Fahrradstation', close to the apartment. Our guests receive a very special price: a bike for 10€ per day. If you are going to book at least three days for 35€ in total you would have a guided tour (german, english, spanish) included. Or you book the 3 hour-tour as an special for 35€ and keep the bike for the whole day. They also serve the fun-bikes like conference bikes. 

80€ p.n. for 2 p.,  plus 35€ final cleaning fee and 7,50€ once p.p. for linen and towels. Service: is extra cleaning wanted we'll happy to do so for 25€ extra.
