You simply can not stay more central - Our fancy apartment is located right in the middle of the historical center of Berlin - almost at the Museums Island, 5 min away from the next S- and U-station Friedrichstraße and the TRAM is directly around the corner.
... like the idea of staying right in the cultural heart,
... dislike to spend to much money for it,
... travells a lot with other poeple or has a large family :)
Introduction
We are happy to introduce you to " mutta" [coll. strong berlin accent for mother -› "Mutter" at scholle5]. This place has three bedrooms and every one is named. Ladies and Gentleman - may I introduce: Lauréen, Julez and Katrine. I addition we got a very spacious living-room with an open kitchen and two bathrooms as well. If you travel with your laptop you have internet access via wireless-lan. There is a TV with DVD-player as well, but we are pretty sure it is superfluous in a city like Berlin.
Lauréen...
is the rather romantic one. Lauréen convinces by space, provides a huge double-bed, bed-side reading and romantic escritoire as well.

Julez...
is the special one and the perfect place to memorize the impressions you have got while having a nice drink and book.

Katrine...
is a real lady - elegant and spoiled. You simply can't avoid to relax or even have a drink there before you hit the scene and the next cultural hotspot again. You'll feel prepared for every new challenge of the sophisticated nightlife Berlin has to offer. We got a nice huge african bed here, and if you need a convertible sofa, a nice desk and lots pieces of art as well.

... happy for you very affordable according where the apartment is located. Normally 25 € of p.p.p.n., 175 € for the whole apartment, plus once 85 € for cleaning and 7,50€ for linen and towels per person. There are periods when the rates might be differ (high season, fairs, ect.). Please, don't hesitate to ask, we are happy to give you any informations you need.
